IFS Business Analyst

About the Opportunity

Concentric Corporation is conducting a search for an experienced IFS Business Analyst to support a growing organization undergoing significant business and technology transformation. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive IFS optimization, reporting enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong IFS experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. This individual will play a highly visible role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives while partnering with leadership and end users to maximize system effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The IFS Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, improving business processes, and helping optimize the organization's IFS environment. This role will work closely with both technical and operational teams to ensure the ERP platform continues to support business growth and evolving operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IFS enhancements, customizations, integrations, and process improvements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
• Support configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of IFS modules across multiple business functions
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to improve visibility and decision-making
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, to deliver meaningful business insights
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing efforts
• Facilitate user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend scalable IFS solutions
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, and integration issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
• Serve as a trusted resource for end users and stakeholders regarding IFS functionality and best practices
  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Years of Experience:
5+ years supporting IFS ERP environments.

Work Authorization:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Requirements for Position

• Hands-on experience supporting IFS ERP environments is required
• Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Projects, and Operations
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI
• Familiarity with Azure environments and related technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
• Experience supporting system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvement initiatives

Work Environment

• Primarily onsite in Dallas, TX
• Collaborative environment working closely with business leaders, technical teams, and operational stakeholders
