Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who thrives in a relationship-driven recruiting environment. This individual is a proven talent acquisition professional with agency staffing experience, a strong professional network, and a reputation for building long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike.

 

The ideal candidate is a traditional recruiter at heart; someone who believes the phone remains the most effective recruiting tool, proactively engages talent, and understands that successful placements are built through trust, credibility, and meaningful conversations rather than transactional messaging.

 

This is a fully remote position requiring a highly self-motivated professional who has demonstrated success working independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active searches simultaneously, typically handling 5+ job orders at various stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and industry professionals.
  • Source, identify, and engage top talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within targeted industries and functional disciplines.
  • Actively participate in professional organizations, networking events, community groups, and industry associations to expand market presence and strengthen recruiting networks.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insight, candidate feedback, and recruiting strategy.
  • Present qualified candidates and manage the interview process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruiting technologies while maintaining a highly personal recruiting approach.
  • Contribute to team goals, knowledge sharing, and collaborative recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an agency staffing or search firm environment.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates through direct outreach and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting, placement, and client service goals.
  • Established professional network and ability to leverage relationships for talent acquisition and business development opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong preference for live conversations over email-only recruiting approaches.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining highly accountable and productive.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and modern recruiting tools.
