Low Voltage Cable Puller
Position Overview
Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing technology and infrastructure organization to hire multiple Low Voltage Cable Pullers in the Omaha area.
This is a hands-on position responsible for installing and supporting low voltage cabling within data center and customer environments. Primary responsibilities include pulling and routing cable, pin testing, assisting with cable installation, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Will work primarily at an Omaha-area data center with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, while traveling approximately 25% of the time to support customer projects in the Omaha area.
The ideal candidate has previous low voltage or cabling experience, is technically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team without requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Pull, route, and install low voltage cabling within data center and customer environments
- Assist with the installation and organization of structured cabling systems
- Perform pin testing and basic cable testing to verify proper connectivity
- Identify and communicate cabling or connectivity issues during installation and testing
- Follow project plans, installation requirements, and direction from project leads
- Label, organize, and maintain cables to support clean and accurate installations
- Assist with cable pathways, racks, and other infrastructure associated with low voltage installations
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Follow established safety procedures and job site requirements
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment required for cable installation and testing
- Work collaboratively with technicians, project leads, and other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Travel to customer locations as required for designated positions
- Complete additional low voltage installation and project duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of low voltage, structured cabling, cable installation, or related experience preferred
- Hands-on experience pulling and installing low voltage cable
- Experience with pin testing or other basic cable testing methods
- Technically inclined with the ability to learn tools, equipment, and installation processes
- Ability to follow instructions, project requirements, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently once trained and complete assigned responsibilities without constant supervision
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for positions supporting customer locations
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with structured cabling systems
- Previous experience within data centers, commercial facilities, or similar technical environments
- Familiarity with cable testing equipment and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues
- Experience working on installation or infrastructure project teams
