HR Digital Data Entry (Contract)
A well-established organization is seeking a HR Digital Data Entry professional to support a large document digitization initiative within its Human Resources department. This role is focused on converting confidential personnel records from physical files into a secure, well-organized digital system.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. The work is steady, independent, and process-driven, with a clear goal of building a reliable digital archive that will support the organization long-term.
This is a fully onsite role based in Little Falls, Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan high volumes of confidential HR and personnel documents into a digital system
- Prepare physical files for scanning by organizing, sorting, and removing staples or fasteners
- Verify image quality and completeness of scanned documents to ensure accuracy
- Categorize and index documents into the correct digital folders and filing structures
- Label files consistently to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain an organized and secure workflow to prevent document loss or misfiling
- Reassemble and manage physical files after scanning as required
- Follow established procedures for document management and data integrity
- Track progress and maintain productivity while prioritizing accuracy over speed
Work Environment:
- Fully onsite role in Little Falls, MN
- Quiet, professional, and structured office environment
- Seated, workstation-based work for most of the day
- Repetitive, high-focus tasks requiring sustained attention to detail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior HR experience or strong familiarity with HR documentation and records
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks for extended periods
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional and clear in-person communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with document management or records management systems
- Background in records management, compliance, or administrative support
- Office or administrative support experience
- Fast and accurate typing or data entry skills
