Position Overview:

Concentric Corporation is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network operations, infrastructure strategy, and technical support initiatives across a complex multi-site environment.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and security of network systems while managing a team of technical professionals supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate brings both strong hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership experience within enterprise networking environments.

This position plays a key role in driving infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, disaster recovery readiness, and long-term scalability across the organization’s network architecture.

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage network infrastructure operations, systems, and support staff
• Oversee enterprise network performance, reliability, uptime, and security across multiple environments
• Manage network technologies including routers, switches, wireless systems, firewalls, VPNs, and related infrastructure
• Develop and maintain operational standards, monitoring procedures, escalation paths, and documentation practices
• Drive strategic initiatives related to network modernization, scalability, and infrastructure improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with organizational needs
• Oversee change management activities, scheduled maintenance, outages, and audit-related processes
• Ensure strong disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability practices are maintained
• Establish and maintain service level expectations and operational performance metrics
• Partner with vendors, providers, and external technology partners to support infrastructure operations and future planning
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate technical team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture

Work Environment:

• Fully onsite role based in Omaha, NE
• Fast-paced enterprise technology environment supporting critical operations
• On-call support responsibilities required on a rotational or as-needed basis
• Occasional local travel may be required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive network infrastructure and systems administration experience
• Previous leadership or team management experience required
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site, or 24/7 operational environments
• Familiarity with network security practices, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and operational issues simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with enterprise-class networking environments and data center infrastructure
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies, network segmentation, and security platforms
• Previous experience managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives
• Industry certifications related to networking or infrastructure management are a plus
