Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing construction-focused organization seeking a Project Coordinator to support active projects and field teams across multiple job sites. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward by coordinating information, tracking deliverables, and supporting project leadership with day-to-day execution tasks.

 

The Project Coordinator works across two to three simultaneous projects and serves as a central support resource for documentation, scheduling inputs, and communication with internal teams and external partners. This position is ideal for someone early in their construction project career who is highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to grow.

 

This is an onsite Omaha-based role with travel to project sites.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project teams across multiple active projects at the same time
• Coordinate project documentation, logs, and administrative workflows
• Assist with tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Help manage and organize construction documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bid materials
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather and distribute project information
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and status updates for project leadership
• Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and project tracking tools
• Assist with project software updates and data entry
• Support project managers with budgeting inputs, document control, and coordination tasks
• Travel to job sites as needed to support project execution and coordination efforts
• Help identify process gaps and recommend improvements to project workflows

 

Work Environment:

• Based onsite in Omaha, NE
• Supports two to three concurrent projects
• Typical workweeks range from 50 to 60 hours depending on project phase
• Infrequent weekend work may be required
• Approximately 40% travel to project sites

 

Qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar support role
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Working knowledge of construction documents and terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable learning new construction and project management software
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or related education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field
• Experience with construction project management platforms such as Procore or Bluebeam
• Familiarity with bidding workflows, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
• OSHA 30 certification
• Team-oriented and collaborative working style
• Interest in continued professional development within construction project management
