Concentric Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead high-value, relationship-driven sales efforts with large, multi-location customers for our client in Omaha, NE. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for developing new enterprise relationships, building a qualified pipeline, and closing complex deals.

This position targets large national and regional accounts with extensive physical footprints and recurring project needs. The ideal candidate is already skilled in enterprise sales and does not require foundational sales training. Instead, they bring proven prospecting, relationship-building, and closing capability and are ready to apply those skills in a project-driven environment.

The first year focuses heavily on pipeline development and market penetration, with strong long-term earning potential tied to deal flow and closed revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
• Identify and pursue large enterprise prospects with multi-site operations and complex buying structures
• Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers across large organizations
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer scope, timelines, and project drivers
• Position project and program solutions aligned to customer operational and capital needs
• Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to develop accurate proposals
• Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
• Maintain detailed pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy and target account planning
• Support long-cycle deal development typical of enterprise and program-based work

 

Target Customer Profile:

• Large enterprise organizations with extensive location counts
• National and regional chains and multi-site operators
• Accounts with recurring construction, upgrade, or rollout project needs
• Typical project values ranging from mid six figures to seven figures

 

Work Environment:

• Omaha-based role with in-person collaboration
• Mix of office, client meetings, and field relationship development
• Longer ramp period expected for pipeline build and deal conversion
• Performance-driven environment with strong upside tied to results

 

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of enterprise or large-account B2B sales experience
• Proven success managing full sales cycle from lead generation through close
• Demonstrated experience selling into large, multi-location organizations
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach capability
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex buying groups
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience closing multi-million-dollar annual sales volumes
• Background in construction, facilities, or project-based services sales
• Experience selling programmatic or rollout-style projects across multiple sites
• Established enterprise contact network in target verticals
