Concentric Corporation is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand, expand digital presence, and build scalable marketing systems that support revenue growth for our client in Omaha, NE. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys learning across channels, testing new ideas, and turning data into action.

This position blends creativity with performance marketing discipline. You will work across digital campaigns, website optimization, content, CRM automation, and social channels while partnering closely with Sales to improve funnel performance. The right candidate is energized, curious, and motivated to grow into a senior growth leader over time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute multi-channel growth and demand generation initiatives
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid, social, and web channels
• Manage and improve website and landing page performance, including content updates and conversion optimization
• Support SEO strategy and execution through on-page updates and content collaboration
• Create and publish blog and thought leadership content aligned to campaign goals
• Manage and optimize CRM-based marketing workflows and automation
• Build and maintain marketing systems and reporting dashboards
• Track funnel metrics and campaign performance to guide optimization decisions
• Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue targets
• Manage and grow company social media presence across key platforms
• Test new channels, tools, and growth experiments and scale what works
• Support marketplace, ecommerce, or channel growth initiatives where applicable

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing multiple digital channels
• Practical SEO knowledge and experience improving web and landing page performance
• Experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns
• Working knowledge of CRM marketing platforms, including campaign workflows and automation
• Experience updating website content using WordPress or similar CMS tools
• Comfortable writing or coordinating blog and marketing content
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring funnel and campaign performance
• Ability to work independently and build structure where it does not yet exist
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and revenue teams

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HubSpot marketing and operations tools
• B2B, B2C, or hybrid go-to-market experience
• Marketplace or ecommerce growth experience
• Experience scaling marketing in a high-growth company
• Strong organic and paid social campaign experience
• Personal fluency with major social platforms and content trends
