Concentric Corporation is proud to partner with our client, a leading structural engineering firm, in the search for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership

• Oversee the design of concrete, steel, and post-tensioned structural systems.

• Review, verify, and approve structural calculations, models, and drawings.

• Collaborate with architects and project partners to ensure technical accuracy and project alignment.

Mentorship and Team Development

• Guide and support junior engineers and design staff throughout all project phases.

• Promote collaboration, technical growth, and a culture of continuous learning.

• Provide feedback and leadership to strengthen the team’s design capabilities.

Client and Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.

• Ensure project goals are met on time and within scope and budget.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships that support ongoing project success.

Innovation and Compliance

• Drive improvements in design processes, quality standards, and efficiency.

• Maintain a high level of compliance with building codes and industry best practices.

• Stay current on emerging materials, methods, and technologies within structural engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• 3 to 15 years of experience in structural engineering (mid-level preferred).

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.

• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project deadlines.

• Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, and RAM software.

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience with high-rise or sports facility projects preferred.

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
