Customer Service / Sales Support
Concentric Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to manage orders, support clients, and ensure smooth operations in our client's fast-paced environment in Omaha, NE. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication skills to provide an excellent customer experience and support the sales team.
Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Enter and update customer information in the Navpoint system

Provide order confirmations, shipment updates, and tracking details

Handle inbound calls and email inquiries professionally

Communicate timely and empathetically with customers

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Partner with the outside sales team to support customer requirements

Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Provide accurate documentation and proactive updates

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Qualifications

Post-high school education preferred
-
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support preferred

Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy

Proficiency in Office 365; CRM experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively

Quick learner who adapts to new systems and product knowledge
