Concentric corporation is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Technology & Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution in Lincoln, NE. This executive role is responsible for aligning technology, systems, and data capabilities with organizational goals while ensuring reliability, security, and long-term scalability.

The Vice President of Technology & Chief Information Officer will bring a combination of deep technical experience and proven leadership, with a background that began in hands-on technology roles and evolved into enterprise-level strategy and governance. This leader will oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, analytics, telecommunications, and integrated systems across the organization.

This role requires a thoughtful, people-centered executive who believes technology exists to serve clinicians, staff, and patients, and who leads with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cost optimization for technology initiatives
• Guide cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure strategy with clear ROI and risk analysis
• Oversee vendor selection, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Provide executive-level communication to senior leadership, steering committees, and the Board
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams including internal staff and external partners
• Ensure strong governance across cybersecurity, data, applications, and infrastructure
• Drive modernization initiatives while maintaining operational stability and reliability
• Promote best practices in security, data management, and system integration
• Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to ensure technology supports care delivery and business operations
• Establish metrics and accountability for performance, service levels, and strategic outcomes

• Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience leading cloud and hybrid technology transformations
• Strong background in cybersecurity, data, and enterprise applications
• Experience presenting to Boards or executive governance committees
